Any one recognize what this is
Looks like you need some calmag. What are you feedin and how much. And are you using calmag?

Right about the time organic soil runs out.
So far water in new FF HF. I have callmag. I’m usually 321 Jacks not starting till next feed. Every 3-days 6-cups. 5-gallon material
I would amend with cal-mag at feed rate. Ensure you are using a mineral based cal-mag not something like Bushdoctor as that is organic and will take days to work where mineral is now.
Scars will not fade or repair.
If one of the leaves is the dominant one you can pull that off the plant and watch the magic.
Dominent leaf if the most leaf finger count with the biggest leaf.
I think calcium is more round spots and small specks than that, looks like they were overwatered while young, I’ve had that before.
Let them dry back between waterings and they will grow out of it, those leaves won’t ever heal though.
Lensing perhaps. Did you accidentally or intentionally get moisture droplets on the leaves during lights on?
If you’re using 3-2-1 properly, a lack of calcium and magnesium isn’t the problem.
Looks like uptake issue. Calcium and Magnesium work hand in hand in hand. Problem with 1 affects the other. Several options already mentioned.
My option is either

Use some horticulture epsom salt, couple tablespoons top dressed and watered in, and wait a week.
Calmag them, soil usually has good calcium. Thing is, if using tap or well water calcium is almost always present. Wont hurt to add but might not be the root. Low mag can show as just mag deficient or has stopped uptake of something else and will show that.
I am a VERY soft troubleshooter. Non invasive common issues first.
Patience on recovery.
Once common fixes done , then I start hard changes.

I have not applied any 321 With FF HF I generally start after the first 30 days. So it’s tap water PHed to 6.5 Every 3-days
I do have ebsom salt from the jacks
Pure correct? No additives?
Epsom is AMAZING! Use it on trees, all bushes and flowering areas of yard.

Yea I kinda figured That’s why I haven’t complained or said anything. I’m thinking it’s an adjustment in my part. I’ve been working with indoor gardening versus outdoor. So I’m adjusting and benefiting from mistakes and what I’ve learned so really I’m just enjoying the ride and trying to learn at the same time
