Auto flower Wedding Cake is 11 weeks old. Trics are still clear. Browning in center of flower cola. Bugs? rot? harvest? grown outside.

Bummer, that certainly looks like bud rot to me.

Here is the whole plant and other side of flower. Should I peroxide? Baking soda? Bug spray? or just harvest? I’m looking for a little advise since it’s the first auto f

or me.

I see another spot lower down on the same cola too.
Sounds extreme but you need to take it off from a few inches below the rot.
Spray with peroxide and water mix to kill off any stray spores.
Check the rest of the plant very carefully for any more.

Is that from seed ? How long in flower ?

I just joined to get info and I see the exact issue Im having.
I tore the plant out as it was totally fried. Dead dying leaves and 4 big buds were all goopy and sti ky like rot.

The other plants I have are looking great.

I think I had bugs in the bud.

From seed and is approx. 7 weeks into flower. If I cut the bud below the rot can I still use the “good” flower that shows no rot? I think there may still be some THc value in the left over? or since the trics are still basically clear, no help?

I’d personally save as much as you can.
Just toss anything touching it.
Open every nug for a look near the stem for any hiding.
At 7 weeks flower , there will be some value to the buds but you won’t get the full effects. May find it a bit “ racy “ but should still get a decent lift. :+1:
I’d recommend a bud wash as well.
