Never seen this, looks almost like the trichomes have discolored brown as well.
The leaves are not dry, and not brown underneath. Suspect a mildew of some sort? Have had RH spikes 75-80% during dark due to weak dehumidifier.

Close up. I cut off all leaves looking like this, 4-5 of them. I am afraid! Hopefully i can salvage the plant…
Nothing concerning in my opinion Growmie, does appear to be heavy on the nitrogen. Run a straight water cycle on feed day and check the run off PPMs and PH
Running autopots, but have dialed down the nutes. Would only water in the tank for a light cycle be the equivalent?
Being terrified this is a slimy growth of evil, I did a quick defol and lollipop of stuff I should have cleaned earlier.
Hopefully better airflow will keep things in check.
That’s bud rot. Cut it off and drop the RH. Hope it stops it looks good. But it’s definitely bud rot.
I thought so, even if its not where I thought bud rot started.
I did check many many tops, bud sites while defol/lollipop. But found nothing hidden in buds… guess time will tell?
I struggle with RH. I can get it down to 45% during lights out, but while lights on, getting it to 55% raises temp to 85. Without dehumudifier, and exhaust fan on max, RH hovers slightly above 60-63% and temps steady at 75.
Next steps is lower light intensity to try to keep temp lower. Not sure I can seing a full on AC. My lung room get fresh air from outside, a fact I cannot control. Makes it kinda hard to control the rooms parameters.
It look and smell aaaamazing. Will be very exciting tonight when lights come on.
After a full dark cycle with working dehumid(RH 47%) its looking great.
Before the post, I came home just before lights on, and RH was at 75%. Had forgot to empty the tank. Seems one dark cycle is enough time for shiz to go down!
That tank just became the pillar around which my life now revolves.
Increasing airflow through the room or tent will help to drop humidity. You can reduce watering a bit to reduce humidity too.
You want humidity around 50% during flowering otherwise there is a chance of fungal and mold infections in the flowers.
Thanks, I am trying to find the right VPD, but the RH is hard to control. I had it easy from september to now. Been cruising in the 50-60s on several winter grows, but now its summer and I need to pay closer attention.
Still learning, and mishaps makes for good teaching. My plan was to not grow in the pesky summer, but a sativa dominant photo decided otherwise.
Also, the Scrog is a first, and the canopy was too thick. Now it looks much better, airier, and 6 120mm fans blowing up from below, and a oscill stirring the canopy.
Same setup, a january-to-april-grow, with this photo and two autos, one bushy bush, never went above 60%, no dehumid. Best nugs I ever smoke, and will never run out https://ilgmforum.com/t/thick-bushy-auto-staged-harvest/118593/15?u=antwan
That’s a leaf pic not the bud
My lights on temps hit 86 and RH of 65% quite often. Keep the air circulating and exhausting Grow Bro
Well damn that does look good!!! Just keep doing what your doing maybe just invest in a better dehumidifier for the next summer grow. But other than your doing great!
