Thrips infestation ~ I have given two rounds of Capt Jacks Deadbug Brew so far this week. Also trimmed the worst leaves. I will be holding off on the LST and flipping for the time being (sorry guys )!

Looooots of development this last week! One shorty has almost completely caught up to the tallest, and the smaller of the 3 isn’t too far behind. They will go up in the attic today where they will fight for their lives through the last couple/few weeks of absolute brutal heat. You can notice some tacoing from the stress in the garage already, so I’m sure they’re going to haaaaate me.
I have upped the HZ frequency to 936 and will start adding more instrumentals and actual music throughout flower.
The first feed of Mega Crop was taken well. pH was at 6.52. I don’t measure ppm unless the plants tell me to. Lights are at about 770ish on DLI.
Here we are yall. Was gonna set them over but noticed some kinda dang mites in the flower room. gonna pick up some spray and hit em this week a few times before we put our gals over there. Sorry @AfgVet I will get them flipped soon.

Girls are rolling, loving the feeds and extra tall bags. They’ve been jamming to 70 s rock this week, seem to like the music, these are ahead of the non musical ones by 3-4 inches in height. Environment is 74 for highs, running 50 percent humidity now. Stretch is starting to come on, even see a few pistols starting!
I might have lost a bit, because I shifted their light schedule from 4am/4pm to 8am/8pm.
I don’t get to see my babies in the morning, but have better quality time in the afternoons.
Just bumped par to 675, and will feed another full strength of Gold Rush shortly.
I trimmed off some lower fans.
Music was briefly interrupted, but back to 3 hours daily.
This week musically is in the wheelhouse of Simon and Garfunkel, with tones of Neil Diamond.

9/4 update
30 days from sprout 6 days from flip
Day 82-85 rh mid 60s
Night 73-76 rh high 60s
Still running the sound 24 hours night nature sounds and plant growth frequencies. Day is an eclectic mix of genres. Have been working on LST on all 3 plants. Hand watering based on weight of pot the ladies have had a dose of recharge and their first 1/2 strength mix of Bobby’s Brew tea flower version. I am struggling with high temperatures and humidity because of current weather but with lots of ventilation the girls seem to be handling it well. Not seeing any signs of pistils yet but definitely starting to have some odor.
Environment: ACI 5x5 flowering tent with 4-6" fans and 6" filtered exhaust
Light/Cycle/Height: Medic Grow 760w/12-12/static
Day Temp/RH: 76F / RH 58%
Night Temp/RH: 68F / RH 62%
Sound: Playing random playlists of different genres at higher volume during lights on and lower when lights are off.
Nutrients: Kosher, SLF-100. (EC 1.8/Ph 5.8)
Watering approach: DWC hydro

Notes: Continuation of LST and spreading the canopy. One of the GSCs is going to be a shorty. She has thick, stubby branching that has been difficult to train. I’ve come close a couple times to snapping so I’ll just let her be.
Well we sprayed again today and went ahead and set em on over in the flower room.
These were popped 26 days ago, kept under 250-350 ppfd for a week, then up to 350-450 for two weeks and they were under 450-550 for the last few days before I set them over to the 12/12 room tonight. So they are starting their ppfd and dli over again, i think I will start them off around 5 to 600 ppfd and around 20 dli to begin with moving up around 10 dli a week till we hit 60 then hold for a few weeks till we start the ripening process. I am in an organic living soil mix of my own. Watering drench to drought every 3 to 4 days.
Excuse my tardiness. I’ve tried and tried, but I can’t get my new 3x5 in the attic. I have a 2x4 on the way that will be here tomorrow. I will put them in the attic on 12/12 cycle tomorrow night, as I have too many possible light leaks in my garage. I apologize for my inconsistencies this grow off.
Day 36 since drop…
Tons of growth since feeding started last week. I have begun playing instrumental guitar and keyboard songs/solos from various artists. The boom in growth did start when I switched to mostly instrumental and not just sounds and frequencies.
I removed the bottom 2-3 nodes and tucked a couple of fans to focus growth and light penetration.
I promise, my next update won’t look like a complete amateur grow update…

Thrips infestation update: looks like I’ve taken care of it…
Received an additional plant from @OldNailPounder that we are calling the “Wee One” (it’s the baby in the back right corner) ~ strain: Granny Candy.
Got some LST going now.
Also transplanted into square Autopots given to me by the very generous @SeaOhAreWhy. The rest of the parts should deliver by the end of the week and I should be able to flip and turn them on!
One of my plants (Granite Haze - also ILGM) was really stretching and started flowering… did some research, realized it’s an autoflower so we got a whole mess of things in one tent right now, basically three different timelines which wasn’t what I was intending to do.

Day Temp/RH: 80F / RH 50%
Night Temp/RH: 73F / RH 60%
Sound: still playing Viking music

She has grown a lot the past 5 days and surprisingly I have not had to do hardly any training all I have done is trimming. The canopy has pretty much stayed level by itself. And I’m starting to see the first white hairs coming in.
9/11 update, dropped 8/1, popped 8/2, sprouted 8/3. Currently running Jacks Blossom Booster during transition to flower, seems to be doing good, considering riding it out with it and some PK boost, it’s easy to scoop and mix, dissolves instantly and has micros too. Either way, they are happy and getting it done! Hedgehogs developing, it’s about to explode! They are still getting lots of 70s and 80s rock, as well as some nature sounds like frogs at night.
A bit late, but still on time with the update.
My wonderful Missus has been running the room for the past few days, I got back home this morning.
I was pleasantly surprised!
Lights are maxed out at canopy height (650), so yeah, a move tomorrow to the stronger side of the tent. I’m wanting 800 or a thousand now.
Still Green Rush nutes, but swapping over to their flower formula.
Music wise, the past few days have been contemporary Christian, likely at low volume.
I’m fairly gassed right now, but have a week off to tend to the gals.
I’m digging the stretch, and can’t say enough about how my wife kept everything going during my absence.
I was expecting bacon in a bag, I see nothing but happy ladies!
Room is running hot (90° lights on) and low RH, but cools off quickly after lights out and jumps to about 65% humidity.

14 days from flip 40 days from sprout
The ladies seem happy and are responding well to training despite temps in the high 80s during the day mid /high 70s at night and rh still higher than we would like in the 60s making sure to keep good air flow and the ladies are still on 24 hour sound with nature sounds at night and a music mix daily.
