No answers to those questions showed up.
If it were me (and it’s not), I would carefully remove those damaged leaves, take them out of your grow space and take a couple of good pictures of the leaves, post them here and you might get more complete answers.
The new growth looks healthy to me, so I wouldn’t worry much about it unless you see the damage spread. My three cents.

Your pH is off. Get it down to between 6.3-6.8, with the sweet spot being 6.5.
How much are you feeding?
1/4 tsp per gallon. I was afraid of giving it the full 1/2 tsp because of the leaves
