It is if final ph is adjusted to range proper for media you’re using. Based on what i see your shade cloth probably isn’t allowing plants as much energy as they could be getting, this will keep them from developing to best potential. Is not an automatic you will have huge plants just because they are grown outside. The better environment is and plants are cared for the bigger they will get. This especially true with autos that should have a limited window to produce growth.
