If I don’t use seedling soil mix - very low nutrient levels- starting from seed, I have seen something similar happen…
Transplanting would likely help.

These are in coco, they usually take off well with the higher numbers. Tomorrow two of them get transplanted into final homes.
The well water i was using was at 800+ ppm, so i was only adding 400 ppm of nutrients. Today the water is what i use for all my previous grows.
They might be a shade greener, but the two better colored ones got transplanted. Hanging on to the solo girls because they aren’t dead yet.
This is officially the slowest start ever. The girls are coming around. Fired up the autopots today. Bad neighbor is gnarly looking leaves, but i think its genetics. Grim glue is still recovering from the starvation diet they were on.
1350 ppm at 5.8ph with the mc nutes
Could’ve just taken a bit of transplant shock. Looks like they’re ready to get moving now.
Thanks! Im pretty sure i was not using enough nutes when I had them on well water. They were getting around 400 ppm of nutes and 800ppm of mystery well stuff. I should have fed them well water at like 2000 ppm just to see if they straightened out. Maybe on future run. I don’t have time or space for a test atm. Need to get this little tent into production mode.
