As I said in a different thread this new legislation is targeting intoxicating hemp products, that are snuck in under the farm bill loop hole or hemp products sprayed with synthetic cannabinoids ( delta garbage ) and floral terpenes ie gas station crap. It is not targeting the legal cannabis market as per their wording.
I was worried in the beginning but it seems to be targeting the gas station/smoke shop garbage that is completely unregulated and could be ( and probably is ) full of pesticide and synthetic cannabinoids. Which in my humble opinion needs to go anyway.
Unfortunately a lot of the thca market falls under this loop hole and they might have screwed themselves using the hemp loop hole. I know there are a few " thca flower " cultivators out there growing good smoke but because they choose to use said loop hole they ended up shooting themselves if the foot.
I don’t think this will have to big of an impact on buying cannabis seeds because, it was illegal for years before any legalization and we could still order seeds back then, you just puckered a little till they showed up at your house in the mail.
Now I am not saying I am 100 percent right this is just what I have read. Take it as you will.

All we can really do is put on our tin-foil hats and wait and see, Buy seed now it stores well for several years in the fridge ,I have used seeds that are over 5 years old,

You can’t explain nuance (or facts) to some people. November is coming. Fingers crossed that someone appeals and postpones the law.
