Jumping spider is probably a good thing to have in your tent. If theres no bugs for it to eat it will move on. Lot of us use sticky traps they make them for insects. For fungus gnats use Mosquito bits you can spread them in your soil or make a tea. Also a good idea to have some Captain Jacks dead bug. Both of these are natural and harmless to people and animals. Can be used all the way through harvest. Hydrogen peroxide is another weapon.

How does the peroxicide method work

Kills cells including beneficial microbes that’s why most of us dont use it more then to just boost germination rates for seeds

Works great if you’re looking to run sterile. Not good at all if you’re not.

Different pests usually require different kinds of treatment. It’s unreasonable to treat for every potential pest without needing to. Two products i keep on hand are mosquito bits and captain jacks dead bug. The mosquito bits are bti product, natural and can be used throughout grow. You can simply top dress with it and water in as preventative, should keep gnats at bay. Captain jacks active ingredient is spinosad. Also natural and fairly effective at treating most others that are expected in cannabis grow. It’s also safe to use from start to finish, so very flexible. But i typically don’t recommend spraying plants with anything unless absolutely necessary. If you run into an issue with needing more aggressive products i would treat as task specific. But having those 2 items on hand is an excellent start.

Peroxcide has been used for a home remedy for bugs for a long time. You dont want to soak the soil with it, but as a spray. Google using peroxide as a bug spray. Its also used for cleaning and sanitizing. Every grower I know has peroxcide on hand for one reason or another. I use it when germinating seeds. I use to clean my clippers that I use to trim my plants so I dont cross contaminate anything. I also use it for mold and when I harvest I use it to wash my buds.

It seems when pest problems arise it is because they are imported. Example might be taking plants outside to get natural sun then bring them back in. Another is to bring new plants into the house or contaminated clones.
The only pest problem I ever had was fungus gnats. Easy enough to deal with.

Fungus gnats sometimes come in bags of soil and potting mixes.
