So im looking for a new light. Im looking for something near top of the line but nothing to to crazy. I would like to get something that gives off least heat as possible and where I would be able to add a little UVA supplemental light if possible. Im looking forward to see everyone opinion and collect as much info as I can. Thanks in advance everyone.

You could get one bigger light but then you loos flexibility
I know, I got just the one bigger light and I have 2 plants different size (my lack of planning)
If Iâd gotten the two lights o could adjust them to fit both plants in one tent, or even separate tents for continuous grows

HLG has a whole bunch of stuff. If youâre feeling handy you can purchase one of their lights as a kit.

Have a look at HYPHOTONFLUX HPF4000. Been having some luck with two of these in a 8x8 tent you would need just one in a 4x4.

chilled glow craft x6 is one you want to consider regarding the minimal heat output. itâs what i bought for my 4x4. if you have plants of different heights you can usually prop the plants up

I agree, this light has great coverage in a 4x4. The bar style helps spread the light throughout the grow space. Definitely one Iâm considering

@Dave101 @alexankh âŚthat is pretty sweet, I think I would be able to fit the hlg UVA in between the rows. Ill be checking this light out definitelyâŚdo you guys have any experience with the light?
I run 2 HLG 260xl rspec in my 4x4 and they work perfectly. I prefer having two so if one needs to be raised or lowered I can. With one solid fixture, you donât have that luxury.

Something in the 500 watt range. Lots of reputable manufacturers out there and 90% of the use the same drivers , diodes and boards.
Same happened to my last auto grow I had 3 tall girls and 5 short but wide girls had to raise just the left side
Yep, this is my ideal set up (I actually have one 260XL Rspec and one 240w knockoff light in my 4x4 that will be getting moved into my 4x3 veg tent as soon as I can spring for a second 260XL)
Two lights = flexibility with light height for different plant growth. I.e. your sativas and your indicas

@HappyHydroGrower uses chilled glow craft with their grow that iâm folllwing along. perhaps they can chime in.
my light has not been delivered yet. i ordered it with a 90 day lead time which reduced the price. there is also a discount code that i saw @Hellraiser put in a post. i will try to find.

I do not have experience with the chilLed Growcraft x6, but I have done my research and everything about it screams quality and performance. they have three models of the x6, a 600w, newer 660w version, and if you want to get crazy a 1000w. HLG makes excellent lights as well, their Diablo boards are really nice. You could even cover a 4x4 with a 600r, or two 260 XL kits. With HLG youâll have lots of room for UVA, they even have their own bar style you can mount right on the light(HLG 30 UVA Supplement)
