Planted seedling white widow auto fem in rapid Rooters not sure why leaves didn’t open up? Using my 600w mh/hps about 28" from top ?? Any ideas…

Usually I’ll soak them 24 hours and right into seed starter soil. Sprouts normally from soaking in a week.
Over watering? Any pics?
I’ve seen more problems then not in threads on here using rapid rooters.
I agree with @bruinsfan33 straight from soak and into a solo cup for me.
Drip a little water on it.
