Before i do i have to know

I think they are just about ready but before i do i have to know if using promix hp is going to cause me to have to water everyday. I’ll be using jacks 321, my first time ever and it was suggested that i use the promix. If it means eventually watering everyday i dont want any part of that, next to trimming after drying, watering has to be my least favorite part of the process. Does the promix hp cause medium to drain and dry everyday?

Oh and what they( 3 wedding cake feminized photo) are just about ready for is going from solo cup to 5 gallon fabric, should i use the promix hp, i cant water everyday down the line, im 6 foot 5, 270 lbs and 71 years old, not fond of watering every other day but that i can handle and as much as i love my ac infinity 5x5 its still a pain unzipping and reaching in, should I go with the promix hp?

I use Sunshine #4 and is almost the same, I added vermiculite it holds water, my outdoors where watered every 3-4 days no issue even in hot weather.

Have you thought about auto pots? They work…

@kaptain3d and @Oldguy can help with the ProMix feeding frequency :love_you_gesture:

Thanks for the tag Monsieur @OGIncognito

Myself, I usually feed every 3 days when in veg. When in flower, if my plants drink more (depends on the strain), then I water every other day.

And Pro-Mix is a great alternative to hydro and soil, imo.
With Pro-Mix, you give all your plants the nutrients they need, like hydro or coco, so you can react a bit faster to deficiencies than you would in soil…

I actually have 4 of the 3 gallon autopot system still in the box, bought about 8 months ago but a bit nervous about using because i heard lines can clog and i like beig able to spin my plants around and the autopots seem like a more stationary system

I spin the the bases 180 every 2 weeks or so, just abit more thinking then my soil bags on plant rollers, and take pots out of bases to trim up when needed, I grow photos. Have to scoot for a bit any more ?'s just ask If I don’t Know somebody will :+1:

I have about 5 months to go on these wedding cake if all goes well and then I’ll have to use the autopots because at my age its getting closer and closer to the end of the line.

Are you in the 6 gallon or 3 ? Im kicking myself because i purchased the 3 gallon pots, I’m partial to photos did an auto last run and not a fan but im afraid the 3 gallon autopots will become root bound
