@OverallQuill80 can you tell me about pressing it between two quarters? How do you do it?

Years ago I got an ounce that was glittering with crystals. I was simply sifting out some keif and putting a small pile on top of a quarter then placing another quarter on top of the pile and squeezing them together with my hands then pliers. It made a little wafer to top a bowl with.

@OverallQuill80 oh thatās it? Yeah Iām just wondering and easy way to press some bud and trim. Just had my first harvest and made butter for the first time last night but now I would love to know an easy way to make some wax or something

That gif got me thinking and used this principle, my cup screen and hot water to get the oil out of the leftover flower. I let it saturate pretty good in the water then piston pressed it while inside the filter to remove most of the remaining oil from the flower then put the pot of water and oil in the fridge. After it cooled I had a nice 1/2ā thick, 5ā diameter oil frisbee. I like that a lot better than pouring coffee through it. Thanks for the inspiration.

I have not made any wax. Iām thinking the heated press would be the easiest option though.

Thank you, im super nervous as my growing medium is hydroponic until I can afford a tent. Adjusting Ph and ppm has been easier than i thought but so far only one came up on day 4.

yep, thats my dad. Im very plant oriented and financially exhausted buying 
so i figured investing in growing my own would help for sure. Definitely excited to continue with my first grow!
