Autos and photos together

I’m trying to get my timings worked out for a perpetual grow and figured I could run autos to fill the gaps while I work out my photo timings. Is there any reason why I can’t do this. I can’t think of any but thought I would throw it out there for debate, thoughts anyone?

Nothing wrong with that. Autos should grow and flower on whatever light schedule. One thing to watch is that sometimes you will get stubborn auto that won’t want to flower as it should on long light time. Those plants will sometimes need to be manipulated with light schedule to flower. Not really common, but it does happen.

@Davyg. I’m running a couple autos with my current run of photos.
Had 1 of them a bit slow to show pistils but when I switched the lights to 12/12 it came around just fine.
They should finish about 3-4 weeks ahead of the photos. Good way to break up the harvest load.:+1::v:

@dbrn32 @Oldguy thank you for the speedy replies. That was pretty much my thoughts. Good point on the stubborn auto, I will keep an eye on that :sunglasses:

I’m working on the same thought process right now. The one thing with growing weed is, nothing is a given :v:

@repins12 that’s what I love about it. Every so often you get a curved ball :sunglasses:
