Autoflower harvest times

Hello all. My question is about ILGM specifically. When the site says “harvest 10-14 weeks” for a strain, do they mean from sprouting or from flowering. I know they are only a rough estimate and every seed is different, etc.
I’m getting to a point where I either keep feeding nutes or starting my flush/ripening. This is only my second grow and the first of this strain (Northern Lights from ILGM).
Thanks in advance for any clarification.

I should add that I am on day 73 since sprouting above the dirt, 11 weeks.

Typically its time in flower.
10-14 weeks from start of flower.
But as you said in reality it can be different.

When talking about autos some time you can finsh from seed to harvest in the given times, say it says 10-14 and it starts flower by week 3-4, then you add 10 weeks flower time and that would be 14 weeks seed to harvest…

Thanks!! Both bits of info help. My gut’s been saying I’ve got about 1-2 weeks after this one before I start my flush. Obviously keeping an eye on tricomes.

This is a question I have as well, so to clarify, an ILGM auto from seedling to harvest will be in the ballpark of 10-14 wks total with slight flexibility on individual plant differences? I have 4 ILGM Girl Scout Cookies Auto 35 days from sprout going currently and was wondering do I start the clock at first signs of flower or focus on trichs at the 10 wk mark to plan on the 2 wk flush.

My experience with autos more like 12 to 14 weeks , An you can get one take 16 weeks to Finish. When i see plant starting to flower that’s when I start counting day one for flowering stage. Good luck

Hey @Clemigula , welcome to the forum.
I have to comment on the health of your plant. Rarely do you see one so perfect. No tip burning or other issues. What is the plant growing in? Soil or ???
What are you feeding?
Good job so far. :+1: :+1:

I never time anything myself but I can verify a month difference at times SAME strain. Chopped a lemon 3 weeks back. Her sister still growing. She will chop this week maybe. Never know which is why i went to visual over timer.

First, your name is the BEST!! My sourdough starter is named Dinsdale.
Thanks for the compliments. I’m growing in a combo of FF soils: OF, HF, and SF, in a 5gal fabric pot. I’ve been using Nectar For The Gods for nutrients, along with SLF-100, Bigfoot mycos, and Photosynthesis Plus. My light is a VIPARSPECTRA p1000. I’m in a 2x2 tent.

Lol…That’s great. I was going to use Angus Podgorny but changed my mind and went with Spiney.
I used NFTGs line for quite a while. I did have good results but got tired of all the different bottles and formulas. Switched to Jacks 321 and am happy with the results.
You’re doing great. Keep it up.
