What is the best ph waterto germanate seeds
I use tap water with a couple drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide

Yikes!! Your well water PH is 8 
You need to bring it down to 6.3/ 6.5.
I use starter medium and solo cup. I don’t use paper towel method. I have had a very high success rate.you only want to transplant AF strains once at most. I highly recommend 5 gal fabric pots outdoors, 3 gal for indoors.

I was just put them in a cup till they pop but just wanted see what best ph for the water there soaking in would be
pH don’t matter that much when popping seeds IMO

I use ro water and h2o2 to soak for a day. I don’t pH it. However, everything else from that point on gets pH’d.

I use our well water and h2o2. I put in solo cup, then put solo cup in Dutch oven and cover. I put the pan in the oven, turn the oven light on, close door and put big sign on oven do not use. The light heats the oven to a very nice 80f, winter or summer. After 24 hours the go in moist paper towel until tap root sprouts. Then plant.

With no nutrient uptake from the water PH as long as its not in the death zone wont matter

That’s a lot of fluid. You only need about 4oz of h20 and a few drops of h2o2.

Started 3 last night there all 3 half floating today
Why the peroxide? Never really understood this practice. Water will not disipate it’s natural dO2 that much in 24 hrs and would suspect that it would kill off any natural microbe helpers from the seed coat.
Idk why but if I don’t add to my water I have helmet head issues. Since I started adding it I haven’t had anymore problems don’t know if it’s coincidence or what but I feel it helped my germination rate!!

I believe I read on here it adds oxygen to the water maybe I’m high
It has an extra element of Oxygen or something like that it’s H2O2 and water was H2O that’s all I know LoL

I put 3 seeds in water with little peroxide last night already have 2 cracked open definitely did not kill my seeds only been 12 hrs
