Auto Nutrient Question

Beginning my 3rd, 2nd in tent. This time Auto Fem Critical Orange Punch (Dutch Passion).

The nutrient schedule I have For my General Hydroponics Trio + CalMag starts at week one. Many have said here that for the first couple of weeks the seedlings get nutrients from the original seed leaves. I am sprouting in rockwool and then Coco / Perilite in fabric pots.

Can I get some input on this?

Thanks

I just harvested a Dutch Passion Daquiri Lime auto.

I’d start feeding at 7-10 days after germination. Technically, it’s not necessary til the cotyledons start dying, but I’ve found that early feeding seems to help boost autos, if done appropriately.

If you start feeding at day 7-10, start with like 1/4 strength. The next feed, go up to 1/2 strength. Then, by day 21 you should be feeding full strength, as calculated for autos.

Keep feeding veg nutes, even after pistils form. Don’t switch to transition or bloom nutes until those pistils start looking like tiny thistles. This will encourage your plant to grow huge and produce more bud sites, just with feeding veg nutes a week or 2 longer.
