Hey just a question.
I have started my first auto flowers
In soil
Pot to pot soil
Infared lights
Temp is 75-80F and humidity is around 40 percent
They are doing well had some nutrient problem but caught it early
MY QUESTION IS AS FOLLOWS
I SMELL NOTHING AND 1 PLANT IS DEF IN BLOOM AND GETTING CRYSTALLY
IS THAT RIGHT?
PLUS MY SON SAYS THAT AUTOFLOWER BECAUSE OF THE CBD IN IT DOESNT GET YOU THAT HIGH.
IS THAT ALSO TRUE?
Sorry for all the caps
The smell really comes out in the curing process. I’ve never had a problem with getting high or relaxing on autos. Some of the autos do have less THC than photos.
Not all strains will have odors when they flower, and some really put out the smell. It depends on the genetics and the growing environment you provide it. If you see crystals then I’m sure it is fine.
No generalized correlation can be made between autoflowers, CBD content, and THC content. Autoflowers can be very strong regardless of the fact that they are an autoflower or whether their CBD content is high or low.
THC content is really only dependent on the strain you are growing and the environmental conditions you provide for it.
When it comes to CBD strains, it depends on the THC:CBD ratio. I have one called Peach Puree CBD that is 1:2 aka 5% THC and 10% CBD. You do get a head high but it don’t last overly long. Now if you can smoke 5 grams in one session, your world is going to be rocked.
Now say one that is less than 1% THC and say 15% CBD you won’t get a head high and if you do, you need to smoke a lot to get you there.
I stay high off my autos
Thanks any idea on Bergmans gold leaf auto on cbd to the content?
THC is 21% given idea conditions. 21% is pretty high. No mention of CBD other than it is “medium.”
Thanks
Sorry for the delayed response
Thanks again sorry for the delayed response
Sounds good
Thanks I am getting an education
Feels good too
Welcome to the community! I just started three gorilla autoflowers a few days ago. Can’t wait to take this journey with you!
Happy growing
Beautiful
How are they going now?
I think autos are different then regular.
Because they grow so much faster then regular seeds.
Im waiting to harvest my first autoflower to see how potent they are.
The last harvest was strawberry cough from ILGM reg not autoflower and that strain was potent.
Much better! Let them dry out for 6 days and we’re back in business. Here are the ladies at 11 days from seed.
Right… haha unless you folks have been following my journal, you wouldn’t know that I committed the cardinal sin of overwatering!
This is what the ladies looked like at day 5. Tips were slightly burnt, and the leaf edges were curling upwards, all while showing discoloration. The smallest of the three also had a dark brown leaf on its second set of leafs.
