Asssistance please

I have a Blue dream auto 11 weeks and 3 days.Grown outdoors, fabric 5 gal container in organic soil amended with perlite, peat moss and compost from my own bin.
I have fed the soil several times with added unsulphered molasses(in de-chlorinated water) and have harvested 2 plants with fair results at 9 and 10 weeks.
This one looks nothing like the others and seems to be chugging along slowly. The tips of the fan leaves are starting to turn brown on about 20% .Would appreciate any advice, insight, feedback regarding the status and what if anything should be done. Thanks

Based on the leaves and how many of them seem to be singles, it looks to me like a photoperiod plant that started to bloom and then re-vegged, and is starting to bloom again. But I may be way off base.

@dhs109 those singular leaves are very intriguing, I’m really interested to hear if anyone has in-depth knowledge on this to share.

That’s what it looks like to me too.
Seems like there are a lot of these type problems cropping up. Autos that don’t want to start flower and some that seem to re-veg. I wonder if the breeders are getting sloppy? Maybe the current stock is too far removed from it’s ruderailis ancestor? Maybe they are just in-breeding autos instead of using fresh genetics.

Any time auto seeds are generated, a percentage will not have Ruderalis genes as a dominant trait. This happens with ALL seeds that are hybridized.

You beat me to it @Myfriendis410 …hybrids can be unpredictable sometimes and you get some really funky results

THIS time haha! Glad to have you keeping track of the members and providing insight!

I’m trying to pay it all back. I wish I could change my user name to Skunk…I just assumed there was already someone with that name when I joined in 2017 @Myfriendis410. I guess there wasn’t

Me too.
I have some flowering clones (cloned female during flower) that are responding with single blade leaf growth. Any significance, the single leaf, or is it important?
Thanks.

Could be revegging ….

I’ve got clones I cut in early flower, rooted them and put them on the porch for an outdoor grow and at over 3ft tall I’m still getting all kinds of leaf weirdness. they’re all putting out pre-flowers like a mofo since they’re sexually mature genetically, but the weirdness is still there. I just pay it no mind and I have a feeling I’ll have some S1 seeds from these ladies this fall.
Who doesn’t want a few free beans?
Especially from Ethos genetics!

I got 1 bean from my ILGM NYD fem on the deck last year and never saw the first male flower. Of course she was like 8ft tall! LOL!

As far as that auto goes I agree with everyone else - the genetic lottery didn’t pick ALL of her numbers that time!
I’d let it go and see what it does! What’s the worst that could happen?

Well whatever genetic info it’s running on it’s going on 12 weeks so I’m going to treat her like an adult
I don’t want to replant So I watered in a layer of compost as many leaves are turning brown and it’s still producing leaves with some starter pistils. Any and all thoughts welcome

I agree with the posts above. She looks like she had a quick reveg and is just beginning to flower again.

The browning leaves look like she either has a pH lockout or she’s craving some bloom (P and K) nutrients.

Do you know what the compost consists of?

Compost is layered grass and leaves clippings and balance of food scraps.

Updates?

It’s still in veg state and little signs of flowers. I’m going to keep an eye on it and basically treat it Like a photoperiod plant. I’m going to take some pics for additional feedback.

They are autos though so that would be strange as they don’t care about a light cycle. I’m wondering if maybe its just a bad pheno…

Could certainly be genetics.

Totally, and autos are strange :rofl:

Well I’m not hopeful for any positive results as appears on its last legs and after 12 weeks and two days. No flowers at all
