Im trying to catch them at the peak of their THC Production.
Can you provide feedback and/or make any recomendations

But what about clear and amber Trichomes.
Do i just keep them in flower for a longer period?
Does that look ready to you? I was gonna chop tonight?

It looks ready to me, especially if you are wanting its THC peak from what Ive learnt here recently. You got some amber there for sure.
No tricomes just degrade over time.

I would say you are ready, providing you have taken the pics in the middle of the plant and on the buds itself, not on a leaf…remember the trichs will carry on maturing after harvest. Remember the trichs inside the bud itself will be at a completely different stage of development…

In your opinoin, how much longer do you think they have. I’m shooting for all white, but if im limited to clesr or amber id take amber considering i just went through this whole “under developed” situation last harvest, and i can tell you first hand, clear trichs WILL NOT get you high. I have a QP of bud that can attest to that.
And yes, flushing has/is already taken place. I just know this is a crucial time and dont want to F this one up.

The insides will be a lil bit less developed… I shoot for 10 % to 15 % amber, but I incorporate a long drying time, up to 14 days…as I said the trichs will age after harvest as well…honestly this is all a crap shoot because what works for one is not necessarily going to work for the next… We as cultivators can only by trial and error learn what works for us… Chuck the QP you have in a properly sealed jar, into a dark ice cream bucket into your freezer and forget about it for a month… roll one and let me know …
If you’re planning on doing a 48-hour dark period Crystals will continue to get more cloudy and Amber. In the picture I see mostly cloudy and about 10% Amber which would be good for my personal use. What do you see @Oldguy @MrPeat
I agree with @Arrow. I’m seeing leaf in the close ups with the ambers tho. May just want to double check in close to the bud itself before making a final decision.
I was going to say the same thing @Oldguy said because looks like pictures of leaves I would double check the buds themselves and several of them from top, middle, bottom.
@Arrow is correct put that QP in a nice long cure and try it again! 
The others are spot on, pay extra attention to buds and not so much sugar leaves. If you’re looking for example, I would say trichs in first and last pics look ripe. Middle pics still have a little too much clear for me. You’re definitely close depending on how you plan to harvest.

Everyone above has you covered. It seems to happen to me that I end up with clear and amber at the same time and it works for me.
Just some background information that QP. It has been sitting and curing in a jar for about three or four months now. Do you still think putting it in the freezer is going to make a difference? In trichrome development?
I plan on a one-and-done harvest. Taking down the whole plan all at the same time, cutting off the branches and then hanging them to dry. I usually turn the plants quarter way each light cycle that way they can get even light distribution.
I heard there’s a two-week window I’m working with before the trichomes either turn all Amber or possibly past the point where the THC is degraded to an undesirable level.
Is that fact? Has everybody else heard that? And if the specifics are incorrect what is the actual timeline?
Im going tag you and those in the thread where i initially questioned the clear trichomes. So you can see the QP of “non-high getting weed” that i have a QP of.
@MrMirrors I guess it would be possible to have just too many clear and then see amber on the sugar leaves - the sugar leaves develop way quicker so you cannot look at the trichomes on the sugar leaves. I have killer Sour D right now that I took early because the buds had a lot of mix 25% clear 50? cloudy and 25% amber - it was a hard call but advice from my mentors on the lab side told me to take her and it’s friction’ awesome.
It differs from plant to plant and from what each person wants out of their high. Is it possible your “no high” plant was a CBD plant in error?
