ok, so i am getting to the point where maybe these two (different strains) may be approaching time? i feel that once i see what a finished one looks like i will know a lot more next year. any opinions?

The last photo looks near you just need to check tricomes with a magnifyer of some sort. Looking for mostly milky coloured with some amber.
The other pics still have white pistols so wait for those to be nearly 100% rust coloured. Several weeks to go for those I would think.

wow, several more weeks. is it possible for part of a plant to be ready at a different time? Pics 1 and 4 are the same plant. i am still having difficulty looking at the trichomes and understanding what i need to look for. i know when this is all over i will have knowledge for my next grow.

What are the strains and how long since the first flowers started to appear? I really only look at trichomes because I find the guideline you’re given on the strain can be spot on or way off.

i dont know the strains but the top may be Blue Dream. don’t know about the darker leaved plant. flowering had been at least 8 weeks but i didn’t note the start time. i will for sure next time.

Yup, just watch the trichomes. My Blue Dream was spot on at 8 weeks of flower (not from flip and she was supposed to be an 8-10 week strain) but my Sour Diesel was supposed to be 10-12 weeks and she was ready only 5 days after the Blue Dream

these are the same plant. looks like s few buds are more orange than others. is there consensus on whether these are finally ready? i do not know the strain unfortunately.
