Are seeds from fem plants still fem?

This year I started an outdoor grow with 6 White Widow Max CBD Auto, and 4 Gold Leaf (fem). We had to evacuate for 10 days from the wildfires, and when we returned everything was covered in ash, and they had all died except one of the Gold Leaf plants, which flowered while we were gone. I checked the flowers and all looked good at the time. A few days later we had a heat wave (3 days of 110+ degrees), which turned a lot of the leaves black. This morning I was checking the flowers and it looks like seeds are developing. I’m sure none of my neighbors are growing, so it’s very unlikely the plant was pollinated by another plant, so my question is: Assuming that the plant self-pollinated from the stress, will the seeds still be feminized? It makes sense to me, since there are no male genes involved.

If no true male involved, feminized.

Yup since only females exist they can only pass the x chromosome meaning only female

But they’ll be prone to hermie right?

Not necessarily that’s a common misconception for plants that hermie because of extreme stress while yes you shouldn’t breed and continue the line of plants that hermie easily but when its due to poison stress from colloidal silver or extreme miscare then that easy herm gene was probably not present

i got 3 seeds from dispensary weed. all 3 were female. only one made it to harvest and it was the worst plant all the way thru. it really had great smoke but it was a struggle. it didnt have any seeds but every single thing made that plant droop. it was like it was pouting the whole grow. new grower plus bad seeds equaled sad plant.

I would say more likely than not to carry a herm gene.

You can put 10 different strains/phenos in a grow and create a light leak and have 2 that herm, 8 that don’t. Those 2 will carry the herm gene.

I had a female that would not give male flowers after 6 weeks of spraying colloidal silver. I would say that plant did not carry the herm gene.

Its not the herm gene we’re afraid of it’s the auto herm or low stress herm gene we’re afraid of every feminized plant technically has the herm gene at least partially
