Looks like an old fan leaf about ready to go. It’s normal to see older leaves yellow and drop. Just remove them as they do.

It’s an auto, so I’d be concerned. They’re hard plants to grow, and it’s yellowing way to early into flower.
Looking at the location of the fans in question, they are all lower, it appears she is pulling what she needs to start producing those buds. I would check her PPM’s. I bet she is below 800 and hungry. A good feeding with a bit of N and heavy on the P & K should sort her out but that decision would only be made if you know the PPM’s are low as suspected.
