Any Thoughts on this? $7.99 so I bought it

Never personally used this fruit of a loom looking fertilizer as I am a new grower but the reviews online are pretty good.

Guess I’ll give it a shot on my experiment plant. :see_no_evil:

If you look at the mpk value of this fertilizer it’s next to nothing in all three categories. I feed it to a seedling.

Are you using something standard and this as an alternative additive?

Not using anything but ph water on an experiment. Haven’t started a real grow yet. Took your advice and getting everything one needs to grow. Reading everything I can in the threads and studying.

July 4th I put a seed, auto, in some Purple Cow soil just to play around with it. Under a 100watt light. Today would be 52 ish days growing. Just learning.

I’m glad you’re trying to pre-educate yourself before starting a grow. It makes things much easier when you jump in.

Understanding what you’re doing helps both you and the plants in the long run. I studied religiously for almost 10 months before I spent a single dime.

I look up to the people who investigate this hobby through watching videos reading posts asking questions prior to starting. My hats off to you. :tada:

If you’re using tap water. That $7.99 fertilizer you have should be no problem feeding her 4.5ml per gallon of water PH to 6.5 she’ll benefit from it

Kool. Will give her a dose tonight when I water. An thanks for the info. Ohh an it’s AC condensate from the 18 mini splits on the property.

Did you invest in a meter that measures ppm?

Some cheap ones I found in a big box of stuff I bought at the Trade Days.

If that’s what you mean.

What size pot is it

For $50 I got all kinds of goodies, 2 tents 4 led lights. Microscope. One tent was a full set up with carbon filter and all. All brand new.

Since you’re only experimenting with this little plant.

When you get home fill up a bucket with 1 gallon and 1 cup of your tap water. Take your ppm pen and measure the ppm of your tap water.

Write it down

Then add 5 mil of your fertilizer to the 1 gallon and 1 cup of water mix it up really good take your PPM pen and measure it again

Write it down

Now pH your 1 gallon 1 cup of fertilized water to 6.5

Trying to find something that you can make so that you can feed your plant that one gallon one cup and all the water that runs out of the bottom you catch it in something like this

Now all the water that just ran out into your little catch pan take your pen and measure the ppms and the pH of that runoff water come back here and post all those numbers.

You still have time to make the best of this, learn something, and maybe even get yourself some weed off of it

Are you growing indoors inside of a tent? Did you actually buy that light and are using it now?
