Looks like a cannabis plant.
Sarcasm, and joking aside, there’s no way to tell the strain from appearances. You can go off of terpenes when in flower, and it would be your best guess from smell.

Yea lol, just the leaves are different and haven’t seen before. Just some mystery clones.
The funny growth you see is from a clone taken during flowering. This is called a monster crop clone. They have funny growth, until it’s flowering. Even then sometimes the growth is weird.
Nothing wrong with the plant, just different growth.
