ALL HLG 350 owners

I am having a really tough time locating the PPFD Chart for this light. It was not included when I bought it and when I look online, I only see the report. Does anyone have a chart they can link for me? Want to check my DLI against PPFD.

Thanks in advance!!

I have a 350R. I don’t know where the booklet is that came with it. Perhaps this might help. Surely the HLG lab report site will give you the information you seek. Good luck and I’ll look for my book for you.

HLG doesn’t provide typical par maps that are associated with tents. Hopefully this helps. @Bonjoyle

Haha, thanks! It’s not so bad if you know where to look. :call_me_hand:t3:

Most of their items for sale have this nifty little section to click on

Thanks for the info. I think the chart posted is not for the 350. If that is what you found online, I would not trust that since it is a map for a square light. I have seen one once for the 350 and it is a rectangle just like the light. Should have snagged it when I saw it. I will keep digging and if I find one, I will post it here.

@Dexterado I know you have this light. Ever found a PPFD chart?

If I come up empty, guess I can map it myself. Floyd, a bong and a stool.

Found it but it is for the older model. Will it post? Had to print it and take a picture of it.

HLG tests in an open area, that 350r info I posted is directly from HLG. That’s how they test all of their lights. The maps you find through others are based on tents. HLG doesn’t do that. Testing in an area with reflective walls in a given footprint increases concentration through reflection. If you find 3rd party testing like that just look for reference. The smallest changes in tests have a big outcome on the maps.

I’ve used the 350r for a few runs and it performed well. 1+ lbs per 2x4

Ya that chart is right. Thats how i calibrated the photone app. 981 ppfd dead center of the board at 15 inch in a non reflective area. Highly recommend to calibrate photone if you use it. Best part about these test, there genuine, 3rd party, and listed and calibrated tools, and stamped. As good as it can get.

I have grown several now with this light. I like that take. Crank it and back it off if needed. I feel like even though I use DLI that they can still take more. I have not gotten any heat or light burn issues yet with keeping DLI at the correct amount per stage of growth.

Happy Friday to all the growmies!!

Been reading up and researching this issue, too

My HLG 350 (Max 330watts), efficiency 2.7.
From forum reading, I would take the 330 and do the following math
Position 6 (assume 60%)
330 x .6 x Hours ON = (PPDF) x.0036 = DLI

100% Output math 330x2.8x11.5x.0036=38.25 DLi (maybe).
Some info is newer than other

My Ladies are “reaching upwards” when above 500Watts.
But growing nicely, no burns, yet. 20-25 inches above canopy.
Still have lung room heat (no A/C) issues.
Cooler weather has allowed me to crank up the lights to max, for a while.
6 weeks remaining before I must harvest and leave town.

600 watts (HLG 330,260, 30 respectively)

(600) x (2.7) x (11.5) x (0.0036)= 67 DLI (screaming!!).
