Do you guys keep your kights 24 hours when they are flowering??? Id like to get as much as i possibly can out of them. So i was just gonna keeep on 24/0 is it better to give them a break.?? Say 20/4 let me know please

I do the 20x4 during veg and 18x6 after they flower. Your plants need this time for respiration and converting sugars created during the day to be stored in the roots for later during flowers.
A variation I read about is 6-2 alternative vegetative growth lighting schedule. Three of these light-dark cycles per 24-hour period means the cannabis plant receives the same total 18 hours of light and 6 hours of darkness as a conventional 18-6. Moreover, this is a viable option as photoperiod cannabis needs a continuous 12 hours of darkness to bloom. The thinking being, those brief 2-hour intervals of darkness give the plant a chance to rest and process CO₂ more effectively. Also, 6-2 avoids light saturation and is potentially a more effective light-dark cycle for photosynthesis.
I only run 24 hour lights fir the first 3-4 weeks, then it goes to 18-6 till the end, unless i want to speed up flower then i give the less light. I ferl it helps then get ripe sometimes

I’m a believer that everything living thing needs a little rest. I’d do 18/6, but 20/4 would be ok too.

What kinda light is it. If a good light u’ll hit the dli in the day without issue. If a cheap light u might wanna see about the longer hours of light.

I am doing 6/2 this grow, it was suggested as a way to help deal with excessive heat also.
My plants seem very happy, so I’m going to keep it up.

24/0 first couple of weeks seedling
18/6 the rest of the time
Right at the end sometimes I’ll switch to 12/12 I think it helps is finish/amber
I would either stick with 18/6 or something between that and 12/12 imo
