@Watt-Sun. @Southerngal curiosity how well do you like the pH perfect line? And what are the pros and cons? Thanks.

I like that I don’t have to worry about ph.
When I fill up my res, I put the nutes in in order. It takes a few minutes for the ph to get where it needs, but it gets there and stays there. The only time I check ph is res change. I’ve just never had to worry about it.

Same as @Southerngal it’s nice to dump in the nutes and not have to worry about ph. I still monitor my ppm although not as closely as I should have with my current grow.

I just started using Advanced Nutrients pH perfect, the 3 part Micro, Bloom and Grow.
You guys have answered a few of my questions about mixing the nutrients. Do you allow any time to pass between adding each nutrient?
When I mixed mine today after about 30 minutes the pH of the nutrients was 5.38. Will it rise on its own or should I have added pH UP?
What about adding water later in the week. Do you pH the water or just dump it in?
THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR THE HELP!

I dont ph my water first. I put the nutrients in the bucket with my water in the order they go in. (Micro, grow, bloom) I stir really well after each one is added. Usually let sit for about 30 minutes or so. Ph will rise in time. I did find in the early stages of growth, when I wasn’t using very much nutrients, I would have to adjust ph. As the plants grew and I used more, it got the ph where it needed to be and held it. I hope I’m making sense…

If you need adjust ph… it’s the last thing I do before my plant goes back into the bucket
