I have a small grow and am using spider farm 1000, babies just a week along and looking great! Started fertilizing with Grow Big but I am confused about lighting, when to add addition red and blue lights? Plan to keep on 18 hour light schedule or should I change to longer cycle? I have 2 timers, so I can mix it up, read some people keep red/blue 24 hours and full spectrum 18 hours.
Need help, I have read so much my head is spinning!
A full spectrum light has it all built in.
If you’re using supplemental lighting in addition to your full spectrum LED then add blue during veg and red during flowering.
Stay with the 18/6 and if your light has veg and bloom switches run them both from start to finish 
Thank you all for your replies. Yesterday afternoon I installed my new sf1000, day 2 after starting fertilizer and today my magic beans have grown so much! So excited, they visibly grew overnight!
Have had them under full sun and weak light in the evening waiting for lights to arrive, now I believe! I can do this. Love this forum, you guys are wonderful
