Ac infinity dehumidifier Hydrone

Does anyone have a unit from AC infinity hydrone 3 5 or 7 That I can compare and understand what it offers? In the past, I’ve used the monster versions that generate so much heat, plus electric bill was outrageous…that I grew a few without using one at all, but they were somewhat airy buds. I suppose I’m curious if these hydrones are cooler air blowing units, and where it’s placed. I’ve read the webpage, but I just want someone that has one to tell me their thoughts.
Thanks to all !

Great, please post when they send a shipping confirmation. Says they’ll go late November/December.. I needed something quick so got a cube.
Since I posted here , I asked them about drainage pump.. I was told nope, doesn’t do that, nor does it have a continuous drain line option.. only a manual tray removal and water shut off…

Will do :grin::love_you_gesture:

So was reading thru your post here and realized that they dont have a way to pipe to a drain which i hope thats not correct cuz tha defeats the purpose of automation for me anyway and obviously for you as well, but also looking like shipping won’t be till November sometime, i do plan on still getting it and will definitely let you know if in fact you can or can’t plumb to a drain, I’ll be sending it back if i can’t so just giving an update for now, stay lit growmie :love_you_gesture::clinking_beer_mugs::grin:

Awesome, let us know. I like the ducting concept, and control over the device… But yeah, at least the tray should have a nipple for constant drain.. like jeez already.. 2.steps forward, 2 steps back

So I’m still waiting but did come across a you tube vid on the hydrone and it does in fact have a 3/8 plastic hose, it looked 3/8 anyway and that plugs into the catch basin to allow constant drainage. Was gonna put a link but wasn’t sure if thats cool here or not but if you search for hydrone it should come up, the vid was done by 420 things.altho there is others im sure. Stay lit :love_you_gesture::clinking_beer_mugs::grin:

Thanks Zud! Drain is good!

I had to buy the Midea cube dehumidifier cause I’m deep in flower and couldn’t wait/risk.
I have have it inside the tent with it venting out into the lung.. inside is a small T hose that branches off the main dehumidifier exhaust pulled by an axial fan that comes on (at my setting) to pull some of that warm dry air and blast it into the floor beneath the fabric soil pots .. its surprisingly holding rock steady..
All the water drains below into a reservoir that ultimately waters the plants again via pump collars. This will be impossible when the temps outside get back into the 80s, but until then I’m capable of steering the vpd appropriately.

I’ll look at the video. Keep us posted. I’m sure many will purchase it. The price is right!
