Do you have a controller and a guess would be the controller is required to set parameter control, else it runs constant (like their Cloudline controlled fans).

I have a controller 69 but you need a 69 pro to connect to UIS. I just have the probe connected to the humidifier so it shouldnât affect the display. Iâll have to contact support I guess.
WHat connection does the 69 allow.
AC-I dongles for UIS to others and others to UIS.
UIS port, makes this the wrong connector.
This may connect the Cloudline 67/69 controller.
Thanks but I dont need the connector. I mentioned I was not connected to my controller because I believe there is a default setting that darkens the display so it doesnât affect the plants in the tent.
THANKFULLY, the display started working this morning and I can adjust now woo!

From what I understood the only difference between the 69 & 69pro is the pro has Bluetooth and wireless connectivity whereas the 69 just has Bluetooth. Other than that you should be able to connect your humidifier to a 69 or 69pro.
Or am I missing something on the 69? @dirtydave @BudzMS

Just fyi making adjustments are much easier using the app rather than the controller. the controller is a pita to make changes not very user friendly and yes there is apparently a dimming default which confused me also at first. I actually only check everything thru the app donât even look at controller any more. Keep em growing gromie

Admittedly, better than nothing and your absolutely right the controller unit switching pattern always screws up a setting. Probably because front panel mode hopping engages background software to cycle condition settings currently taking longer to pole resources and check for parameter violations, meanwhile if operatorâs fingers can get the right button and sequence, then they become victim to software speed and button pusher not in sync. Just a guess. Students and speed typists, did miserable on USN dinosaur keyboards from the 80âs. Hunt and peck for life, not all fingers work or are present.

When I connected it to my 69 controller, it (the controller) stopped functioning.
I am the hugest ACI sucker/purchaser and I understand that an app > than the controller. According to the instructions I received and the customer support chat I had, my T3 humidifier only connects to the pro. Why itâs that way is kind of silly. If someone has figured out a workaround by all means shareâŚ

I literally check almost daily to see if it is back in stock. The s11 ionbeams are back in stock as of this morning.

Whatâs sold out? They notify when available and sell out in hours, probably.
I missed a 10 hour window last fall. January in time for Christmas, late.
Missed the Humidifier, but swamp cooler experience.

I have a humidifier and dehumidifier in my room. Both big enough for a whole house. Does a pretty good job balancing out the humidity. Im in the process of looking for a goood wifi controlled portable acâŚ

Was able to snag a humidifier from aci last night . I got a notification in my email around 9pm eastern time, i also got a notification hhe night before but didnât see it until the next morning and was already sold out. So they may be getting more stock in now
