@The_Chef @Deez @NUG61 @CooterJuice so after deez rattled my brain a little on the thought of photos vs autos and weighing out the pros and cons… after finding out I’ll be set back a bit because of lighting costs bc I’m a dumbass lol and still needing to purchase my exhaust fan and run venting I’m going to stick with my ideas on autos if I can push all 4 to give me at least 20 ozs with my set up and my average half ounce a week if I did that a few times each time I would have a good amount left over after each harvest as I’m disciplined to a degree with my smoking habits lol and if I could get a couple good auto runs like that I would then have enough to get me through to photo harvest atleast that’s my thoughts I could be totally wrong totally stoned or totally dumb lmao but that’s the way I’m visioning things to make my offset on the dispensary costs
I will scrap the scrog idea until I pop some photos from my google searches… clearly shit they all said that scrog autos was a thing and my newbie ass doesn’t fully understand all the techniques so I was just going with what I thought was best but for now just build me pvc set up to sog the autos
No you do not need a tent or any special equipment. The process can be as simple or complicated as you want. I take cuttings, prepare them, dip them in root hormone and stick them in coco or peat.
I have them under a 65w veg spectrum light
this is 6 of the clones 3 months later. I miscalculated when I could move them into my 3x3 and they have grown much more than I wanted. Oh well. With a little pruning and super cropping I should be able to make them fit.

If going autos i suggest any FastBuds genetics. Ilgms autos are ok, but i havent had the wow factor with growing them yet.

It’s not that you can’t scrog autos. It’s just that most of us posting in this thread feel like it’s not beneficial. I mean like I could drive my truck into the lake if I wanted to. It’s a poor substitute for a boat but hey if that’s really what I wanted to do, I’m pretty sure I could do it by putting it in drive and hitting the gas. Gnomesayin?
Someone mentioned fast and that was one of those other things that I kind of forgot about. You could get fast strains which will be done in like 12 weeks I think. If you look around on the googles there are a few different seed banks that sell strains where you’ll see the word fast in the name. It’s not just the descriptive word in this case, there’s such a thing as a strains that have “fast “bread into them. I know I’m not doing a great job of describing it but it’s kind of like something in between an auto and a photo. They veg quicker and they flour quicker. Of course there’s a trade-off, yield is lower.
They said scrog but I’m inclined to think they meant trellis net. Their quote about, “holding up the buds” kinda confirms. A scrog is a different animal from just holding up buds. 
I’m actually growing the Forbidden Runtz auto right now. They went into flower 30 days from sprout. No chance of a scrog at all. There’s no way to fill in a net.

Also check out seedsherenow dot com and multiversebeans dot com. With autoflowers just focus on lst. As soon as the stem is tall enough and thick enough (usually around day 14-20) start tieing her down. Then as the top tries to come back up, tie it down again. Then as the side branches come up do the same. Continue to do so through the stretch. Youll have many tops this way
