Out of the two, what would be most worthwhile for growing preferably 2 sativa plants? I know it will be cramped and I’d like to get a 3x3 but space is a factor. but do you think I can get away with the spider farmer? Or would I be better off just getting the gorilla pro?

Imo a 2x4 tent is plenty big enough to grow 2 plants. Going to a bigger tent is just going to require a bigger light and potentially exhaust system too. Having larger tent will increase your harvest weight potential though.
One thing to consider is the geometry and output of the light you have or will be buying.
2x4=8ft²
3x3=9ft²
28"x55"= almost 11ft²
You should have almost 1.5x light for the 28"x55" in comparison to a 2x4.
Gorilla tent is going to be higher quality than SF, but without any major abuse I would expect the SF tent to still last you a while.
