Both plants are autos started at the same exact time. Both are on fox farm nutrients program. They are 2 different strains. What could be there reason for these 2 planes to be growing so differently?

Looks like the 1 didnt like the amount of food it was getting. Different strains/phenos can have way different requirements

Yeah looks like too many nutrients and not enough light to process the nutrients. What are you lighting with and do you know what your runoff PPM is?

Spyder farm light. And I do not know what ppm means. I am a newbie. They both are autos and getting the same nutrients, but backed off on the nutrients recently on the shitty looking one

Just a 2 cent opinion to add.
Overwatering in the plastic buckets can do what looks like nutrient burn too.
Considering the plant is smaller if it was watered the same amount as the large one and on the same days it could very easily just be over watered. It burns the leaf edges just like over feeding.
Others comments are also right. Each plant can want different feeding.
