Tips of leaves on the buds started purpling about a week ago (wondering if this is the Strawberry Cough). This week I noticed some twisty/pistil growth at the tip of some buds (circled in red in one photo).

Sorry photos aren’t great.

2-3 weeks maybe? Really appreciate any advice.

Great looking girls! Yep, at least 3 more weeks. You want at least 90% of those white pistils turning amber and receding back into the bud. Check the bud itself ( calyx ) and looks for swelling. Here is a chart showing trichome maturity. Its your decision on when to pull depending on the feeling youre looking for.

It looks like those white pistils might be on foxtails and the amber trichs look like they are on sugar leaves

now I understand what foxtailing is… I think you’re right that’s what those look like. cheers

re hungry, I feel like they are smaller than could be for sure, just ran them in notill soil, nothing added during flower for this one

glad to know I can leave her out for at least 2 more weeks… no room left to dry until then :sweat_smile: :sweat_smile:

You want to look at the trichs on bud calyxes and not the sugar leaves because they turn alot sooner on the leaves
