Ok gotcha so you might mix up more than you need. So I need to start with a guess that takes about 1 liter water. So Id mix a liter of water with 1tsp grow big (Im not going to try to get one-quarter of 3tsp)
I havent used these nutes. What i said there is assuming youre using growbig
So all of these nutrients are not necessary for autoflowers ? … ive given it grow big , tiger bloom , makeral , & kelp me kelp u … but i mixed it in water & sprayed the whole bottle onto the soil … this was just yesterday when i did it … which i just know is not right so i want to be almost perfect with what im doing
Im not saying that no, I dunno which ones you should use. Just that you fill a watering can with water, add nutes, mix, then test pH and ppm.
Now being that ive never done that correctly… so mixing all nutrients together in water is ok?
The nutrients from the right schedule and right week together i mean not just mix them all
Cuz they say dont mix concentrates, I think youd want to add them into water
Im going to experiment with the ph and ppm … just a trial run mixing it up to see if i get the numbers on the chart …
1 more ?
So testing my soil ph? … 1st i test my soil ph then mix my nutrients together to make both my soil and nutrients equal up .?
Yes i add them in water then mix is that wrong … i read where it ced dont mix them together… but only in water
Yes from the right schedule. I shake my head they prescribe 7 bottles, anyway with a liter of water just divide each nutes’ by 4. Cuz a liter is a quarter-gallon
Thanks so much for this talk …
I would test soil pH of a sick plant only. I used to test what I put in, til I got to know the product Im using. But lucky my nutes are much easier to use.
Others will answer differently.
I used Jacks 321. Very easy and cheaper price. My sprayer is 1 gal. I mix nutes into this. I then ph to 6.5 ish. I gave 1/2 gal to each veg plant to start. (5 gal fabric pot) The next day i lift pots up and check if light or still a little heavy with prior water. If light, i adjust accordingly and add 3/4 gal of ph’d plain water. Each plant is different. You need to adjust for each, not do the same for each. Sometimes 1 is ready to feed and others may not. Have to treat each individually.
Looking good! I wouldn’t add any nutrients yet, but you could transplant into some fresh soil. That would give you a bump in nutrient content and give those roots a little room to grow during stretch.
I would not water to run off yet, there is no need and it will not tell you anything. You haven’t added any nutrients yet? Correct? You have been growing on only what the soil has? I would Transplant to a bigger container and go another 4 weeks before feeding.
Yes i have given it tiger bloom … grow big … makeral … & kelp me kelp you as chart stated … didnt know ph balance at the time … or how much water to use with it … i mixed the nutrients in water & fed her … havent seen any signs of anything deficient happening… shes going on 4weeks
Too me seems like you are wasting alot of money on nutes you only need 4 nutes grow big big bloom tiger bloom and calmag nothing else for autos everybody will say you need this that but you dont. Your soil we carry until aleast thru week four of feeding chart so you start feeding on week 5 for autos at about 1/2 strength for the until flower then start send nutes full strength until you get right trichomes. I have used fox farm nutes on a few grows only time had to flush was first grow when didn’t know how to feed. If you are using 3 gallon pot mix gallon nutes pure plant flood plant let dry for say 3 days repeat cycle that simple. If you don’t water like that you will let salt build up in roots. I don’t know how much you looking to grow but i switched Sohum professional soil no nutes required just ph water
My last harvest which was right at 2oz
U mean this ??
& no telling …ill be doing countless grows … but im taking all methods into consideration and will see which works for me … i will do a grow or 2 with your soil u preferred and see how i like it … & yes im growing autos … but dang 2oz … how long was that plants seed to harvest … and what strain is that
No that’s not the soil
Plant didn’t grow real big these biggest auto’s ever grown was the very first one’s i grew 3 wwa and average 4oz per plant
4oz that’s what I want. Can’t break 2.1oz with my crappy blurple but still gonna try!
Oh well more plants then
@Montaye and this is why I love this place… Ask a question a hundred people’s ready to help you.
Forgot to tell that plant was a super skunk was done in 10 weeks notice the difference between the 2 soils yours is premium and mine is professional. If you go that route need to start seedling in some other soil and transplant in.
