This is my first go at this. I have 2 white widow and 2 Gelato Autos in a 4x2 closet. WW have been above ground 2 weeks, Gelatos q week. I had the lights too close wthe the WW and had a little burn on one, but saved it. Running 300W LED. Pots filled with3/4 fire fox ocean topped with 1/4 happy frog. Germinated in water, planted directly in final pot. Covered with dome and sprayed with water until first leaves grew. Watering in circles around the Gelato now. Did the same with the WW, but gave the WW their real first drink today. Maybe a full cup/cup and a half of water. No nutes yet. lights 18/6 from the start.
How am I doing? What should I focus on next?
I have pH tester, pH up and down, and fire fox nutes in Amazon cart ready to purchase. The 2 pics with water circle are Gelato and other 2 WW. pics of WW id before I watered.
thanks. this brings up a question I have. in pic 4 for example, what I’d the difference from seedling and vegetative? is pic 4 still considered seedling?
It is late seedling. Couple of nodes before it’s in veg for me. I count like this… Cracked seed (what it sounds like) sprout (when it breaks soil) seedling (still only has 3 finger leaf) veg (5 finger+ leaves) maturity (1st pistils at the nodes) preflower (pistils at tips of bud sites) then full flower (when “hedgehogs” form)
All that is just for descriptive purposes. I do not expect my plants to follow any time schedule.
They grow how they like and flower when they want for as long as it takes.
chopping the white widows this weekend! Terps are cloudy with a few amber popping up every day. The third pic is a banana kush that needs a few more weeks.
