Not sure she’s stunted, what strain? Indica or Indica dominant cannabis will typically be smaller than Sativas. Looks good for 18 days above ground

Im just a newbie but mine looked small at a lil over 2 weeks and the other pic is 3.5 weeks. Dont know if that puts your mind at ease also autoflowers

They always seem to stall but when that tap root hits bottom its amazing how quickly they start taking off. I have a handful of autos that just dont want to get tall.
