Need more grow info Growmie, 1st impression is nitrogen toxicity… dark waxy leaves. This toxicity could be locking out other nutrient uptake. Have you been watering or feeding to liberal run off and checking your PPMs and PH 
Going to need a support ticket for this one Growmie, could be multiple issues but will ask how you came up with the soil PH and not your water source
I have a soil ph meter but I don’t know how accurate it is I just know it’s right past 7 on the meter
Is that a soil PH and moisture meter? I ask this because if it’s one of those with 2 long prongs?? Very unreliable, a soil slurry test using a PH pen is much more accurate besides routine testing the run off
