Just my thoughts but thinking if you follow the main stem down , you’re going to find a dark spot or crack on that stem near the start of the yellowing / wilt.
I’d just check to make sure the fence didn’t cut into it.
Rest of the plant looks really good.
@gkeylow That highlited mark is thru the stem to the inside from the looks of it.
That would cause a loss of suction where it meets the main stem and allow air into it.
Think of the plant as a water pump with the upper leaves as the pump.
If you have a leak on the suction side then it can’t pull water and nutes up the plant past that point causing the wilt. Also lets dirt and bugs in.
You can get away with a bit of honey and some tape on the spot if caught soon enough but yours may be too late for recovery due to the amount of time open. I’d still give it a shot at repair tho.
At worst you’ll have to remove it in a few days.

It’s in its early stages of flower. If worse comes to worse and I cut that top, will it kill it? You see people say it a lot l, about even trimming branches but I’ve never topped one in flower.
No. Won’t kill it at all. Lol. The side branching will take up for a portion of the lost top.
If you do cut , maybe try and seal it with a lil honey and tape till it scabs over.

Sorry, I was looking at another thread at the time when I said botrytis (bud rot). Stem rot is what I meant to type. @Oldguy has pointed it out. Depending on how deep it goes, it can possibly be saved. You can scrape it down with a blade until you reach fresh plant material. Then spray some peroxide on the area you scraped. That’s when you can apply aloe and grafting tape. If it’s too far gone, it’ll let you know. You’ll have to amputate at that point.
