I am growing strawberry and blueberry kush inside. We have them in 10 gallon pots with a home made soil mix. We have them under 1000w LED light and using Big Bloom, Big Grow, and Tiger Bloom for our nutrients. The girls have been in flowering for a few weeks and last night we noticed yellow spots on leaves some up top and some on the bottom. Since this is our first grow indoors and only our third grow ever I am looking for some guidance. Hoping this could be an easy fix, don’t need to lose them this close to the end. Thank you all for your help and looking forward to your advice.

Pictures and some information about your grow will go a long way. LEDs tend to hide the problems that actually exist in pictures, maybe you can get some pics under some white light?

@Sasquatch I have not done a flush didn’t even know what it meant till I just googled it. Really new at growing.

I know that Fox Farm trio will build up salts in your soil cause ph issues and lock your plant out. FF recommends flush every 4 weeks . it would really help if you filled out that support ticket and got us a picture. @Padauk
I filled the ticket out the best I could and today when the lights are on I will get some pictures.

Oh dang missed it ok, cant wait to see the picture of this plant. I think right now it would depend on how far you are from harvest as to what you can do. That’s where the picture will help. I’m guessing you don’t have a Ph meter?

No definitely need to get one. I think I have some time till harvest time. Once the weather gets better up here I will start my next set outside. Thank you for the help and should have some pictures by tonight.

ph is a big deal with these… ph effects a lot and a lot can effect the ph
edit … a TDS meter will help you with nutrient levels in your soil also

You hit all the high points @Sasquatch! @Padauk he’s got you covered.
Do give us your soil recipe. Ph followed by nutrients are the 2 chief issues here. Without pictures it’s impossible to help. Natural light, a closeup of the problem posted by itself so we can zoom. An overall shot to see the age and condition.
My guess is nute burn caused by bad water ph and fertilizers.

@Padauk I love your name. I wonder how many people have heard of it? One of my favorite wood species. I used to buy 5,000 bd/ft of Andaman Island Padauk for humidors a couple of times a year.

I think its the FF trio build up. that will lock the nutrients out and give the ph a good toss… but… picture will tell all

@Sasquatch the mix was one I received from a grower i know. It has perlite peetmoss coco manure and a basic light weight soil in it. It was always successful for him hope it works well for me.
Thank you @Sasquatch for your help with this. I may be over cautious but I don’t want to lose my girls. One other question how long should it take to grow indoors. I started these ILGM seeds late part of October and really wasn’t sure how long in each phase. Did a lot of reading but everyone has a different answer. @Myfriendis410 yes you are correct with my name definitely a great wood to work with and I tend to turn it on my lathe. Looking forward to many more discussions.

Ok 1st thing 1st, @Padauk you need a ph tester. This is one a lot of people use that’s accurate and dependable.

There are other good testers but you need a good one and a tds meter.
Your girls are big! are they photo or auto? they look big for auto. They don’t look like you have a lot of bud growth just yet. I would flush them with that Sledgehammer. Get the build up out. ph everything that goes in to your girls and water/feed to runoff so you can check the ph of the run off (tell you something about the ph at the root ball) and you can check tds too. TDS will give you an indication of the nutrients in your soil. Others will chime in but I believe you got nute lock out due to salt build up and ph problems. IM gona tag @Countryboyjvd1971 see what he things. Some of the damage looks like it might be helped with cal-mag.

@Sasquatch the girls are not autos and the bud hasn’t started yet they have only been 12/12 for the past couple of weeks. Being new I wasn’t sure how long each cycle should last. I will definitely get the ph meter and we did use straight water last night. We are using well water.
