If I had to bet, it looks like this seedling got sprayed with something and then got burned. Fungal spots are generally circular, those appear to be oblong and look like they would have been in the creases of the first leaf set when the damage occurred. Based on the distribution of them it almost looks like you may have splashed it when watering it? Is your grow room really humid? Are you spraying anything ?

Ohhh this might be a long shot but I noticed your spots are almost symmetrical across the leafs central vein. Did your first leaf set come out a lil deformed and pinched? Is it possible it started taco’d and then as it got bigger the spots that were stuck together separated? If you were to fold your leaf blades so that the spots matched up I feel like it would make sense due to the deformation on the edges closest to the spots.
I haven’t been spraying it, although I may have wet the leaves when I watered it. I’m very new at this, so any advice is appreciated.
It does look like that. I soaked the seed for 24 hours before planting it. Should I have done something different?
I’d really like to get at least one plant to grow. The grow tent is in the garage. The humidity is in the 60s to 70s. The weather here has been warm, but will be cooling soon.
This is a common mistake. I’ve done this before too. Soaking your seeds are recommended. You did that part correctly. Welcome to the community!
