Yellow spots, mid flower

I’ve been dealing with this problem for a while (2-3 weeks) , I use Dr. Bergmans fertilizer, sold here on ILGM. A while back I noticed some yellowing, continued business as normal, kept a close eye, 2 leaves turned to 4, when I realized It was getting worse I began to trim them and test the soil.

I have an apera ph tds meter, one of the good ones. PH ran about 7.2 and TDS about 2.4 ppt. I don’t remember exactly. I flushed, and because It was late and I was out of daytime (indoor grow, my lights were about to shut off) I stopped and waited, 3 days later, I watered, tested again, it was still high as hell.

That night I didn’t flush, but things weren’t looking too bad, not many leaves affected yet.

Next water time, I flushed, and flushed, and neglected to check the tds, and gave about half the nutrients I usually do.

Next water time I checked, ph was normal, tds still high. Around 1.5 ppt.

Recently I flushed, got my ppt down to 0.5, it was getting late and my lights were going to shut off, so I ran an additional 4 gallons through, and added a half gallon of half strength fertilizer, to each plant.

This is only my second grow, I’m new but trying like hell. I’ve got a mars-hydro FC-E4800
Vivosun 4x8 grow tent, one plant is cali dream, the other is skywalker OG. I should’ve grown two of the same. It would’ve been easier on me. I also have a slight spider might problem, regularly treating with 70% isopropyl alcohol, trying not to soak the buds but getting the under foliage very well. Every 2 days, give or take. I’ve got 20-25 days left until my predicted harvest.

Temperatures are a little high, I’ve having a budget issue and getting the temps down is difficult. It’s 82.3 on average, a little higher sometimes. Never above 86, never below 75. And the plant is yellowing from the bottom up, no leaf curls on the top leaves.

Humidity hovers between 55-70%. I’m having a hard time running my dehumidifier during the day cycle because of high temperatures. I have ventilation and fans inside the tent.

I’m losing handfuls of leaves every few days. They’re yellowing at an increasing rate. I’ve got 25 days left. Someone HELP. I feel like I’ve invested so much in this hobby already and have yet to harvest a good sized quality batch.

Sorry it’s so long, I’m trying to be specific, help with diagnosing my troubles.

i believe potassium deficiency.

could be phosphorus or potassium, not sure 100% look in to both possibilities

look in to jack 321 for nutrition

cheap, very effective :ok_hand: results speak for themselves. definitely worth the research
i as well as many others here use jacks

Even tho the nutrients I gave the girls have solvable potash and phosphates, I added a small amount of wood ash to a quart of water, and split it between them. It does not seem to have progressed. But 24 hours isn’t much time to tell. I just have a few more weeks to go, I hope we make it!

I’m not sure I would worry much about it. It is normal for a plant to fade once it is well into flowering. The is particularly the case among the lower leaves on the plant.

How about this @MidwestGuy ,is this normal? Beginning the 6th week of flower.

My plants look like this by harvest day:

Or a couple of weeks from harvest:

How the plant looks late in flower isn’t so relevant imho. All the plant is doing is ripening flower at this point.

Thank you… i was worried i missed a gram or 2 of part B while mixing and feeding Jacks 321. Slight chance i could’ve messed up the ratio once due to distraction.

Not going to make any difference. Just do your best to maintain a good runoff PPM. A couple hundred PPM difference here and there isn’t going to matter.

Thank you guys so much, I’ve been dead ass so worried about these plants. I’ve got so much time into them, I check them every day. I’ve been so stressed out, scared I won’t get anything from them :joy:
