I reckon she should make it till the end of flowering .
Can you give a closer picture of buds, not microscopic . 
Ill take some tomorrow when there is some light. The buds look green. Just all the fan leaves turning

The later you get in flower the less the plant needs them so she’ll quit sending nutrient and concentrate more on bud production. It’s normal process called the fade nothing to worry about long as she has plenty to eat and environmental conditions are good.
