I accidentally cutted the top of seedling and now its without the first two leaves will it survive and produce new ones ?

@Sam.X I’ve never had luck growing if they got clipped or something like this happens but it’s usually my cat eating the tops off thoughts @Countryboyjvd1971

Hard telling what we’re looking at there, but the soul is entirely too wet.
If even part of the seed leaves are intact, it might just recover.
