With the eventual reschedule going through one thing that hasnt been talked about much is home growing.
Do you see it being affected?

The feds will likely reschedule and leave it at that. I don’t see the feds getting involved in further regulation. I expect they will reschedule cannabis and leave regulations up to the states. To come in and regulate home growing, which conflicts with many state laws, isn’t likely to happen.
My opinion is that the only way they will get involved in regulation is if they see cannabis as a vehicle for taxation.

That’s how it ran in Canada. National legislation, with terms set in each province, some communities set up additional bylaws - no one is allowed to restrict usage, quantity and ability to grow vary.

More than likely it will end up just like alcohol. They won’t get involved unless its a black market larger grow being sold without the governments taste of taxes or safety regulations .
Many states allow home brews as long as its for personal consumption.
