I planted her about 6 weeks ago and a couple days ago she already started flowering, she didnt even grew tall at all, shes at like 50 cm.
Grew the same strain before and she grew just fine. Also its an autoflower so i dont know why she just flipped. Ima post the plant before and the one growing right now.
that’s the normal grow cycle of an auto. flowering starts 4-6 weeks into the grow. the rest of your weeks should look like this.
Auto = they flower as soon as they are sexually mature. Usually between 4 and 7 weeks. If you want control over flowering, then you’ll need to grow photos instead.
Alright, but I’m still wondering if she’s gonna grow taller like the first two pictures, they are the same strain and i didn’t change anything, yet the plant right now won’t even come close to the size of my first plant
A plant can double in size during the first 4 to 5 weeks of flowering.
You’ll get more controllable results with photos.
@OhLipy stick with photos to get the groth your looking for get them the size you want then flip happy growing my friend
This be your reason. They start when they’re ready.
Autos are funny like that. 3 seeds from the exact same strain may grow in 3 completely different ways. Theres a good bit of variety in the phenotypes of plants, the only way to know what exactly youre gonna get is by growing clones from photos, as those are an exact dna match, and will always grow the same.
I have some photo seeds but i think i shouldnt put autos and photos in the same tent, my light runs 18 hours a day
You can put photos and autos together. Autos don’t care about light hours. The issue with autos is the phenotypes can vary drastically. One time you get a good size plant, the next it starts flowering when it’s only 6” tall.
Very first grow, 2 GSCE Autos. 1 topped out at only 18in, the other almost 4ft.
I really wish banks would be honest about autoflowers…
Ain’t that the truth
Wish we could get past the stigma that autoflowers are great for beginners. Definitely not good a good type of plant for new growers.
Not that great for pros either! Lol
Yep - too many unknown variables that conflict with common standards. Why doesn’t she look like the picture on the website? HAHA
Amen. Its like going to vegas and playing slots…
