Hi all,
Why are so many leaves drying up and falling off? Is this normal? I’m a first timer so idk really what I’m doing. I thought maybe the light was too close so I lowered the plant and raised the light but it kept happening. So I tried setting the light to 50% brightness but it is still happening. Advice?
This looks like a deficiency. It would help if you could post a filled out grow support ticket. Its very difficult to diagnose a problem from such a distance with only photos to work with. Anybody on the forum will be willing to help but nobody wants to give you bad or wrong advice. @Brownthumbs tag me and I will try to help. Happy Growing
No one posted the support ticket for you Bro. Here you go.

It is super important to have a good pH and tds meter. You can get them both on Amazon. I recommend getting them asap. Make sure you test and adjust your water to about 6.5 pH and your tds around 800 in and around 1200 in your run off water. At least that is what I do and works perfectly. What nutrient line are you using and how often?
Yes, the pH and PPM’s are what most growers use when problems arise to determine is it root zone issues and lockout or is she over/underfed. Without those 2 key pieces of info it is really just a guessing game based on personal experience with similar issues and/or troubleshooting based on a chart.
She has damage everywhere especially the new growth which causes me to lean toward both overwatering and starving or locked out. What is your source for water when you water/feed her?
I just use tap water, but fill it up and let it sit for about a day before I use it, to let the chlorine and such dissipate.
I thought the A Pot for Pot soil and everything didn’t need anything extra added? That’s what their info said. So I was just following their directions
How do I lower the ph of my water? What affects the PPM? Idk anything about that at all… I’m a total noob. It was thriving until recently so idk what suddenly changed.
pH up and down for raising or lowering pH after you add all of the nutes. PPM is Parts per million or TDS Total dissolved solids. Most tap comes in around 300 so if you are feeding and want to give her 1200 ppm’s total you would add 900 ppm’s worth of food.
If she is hungry, that is what changed. Without knowing the pH and PPM’s in the runoff we are still guessing.
Did it change after using the flower booster? Or b4? Since using a supersoil tds and ph are not as important as when using synthetics. Not sure what the flower boosters are weather synthetic or organic? If you followed directions properly and did not nuke them with too much pk nutes…its something else. How high is your ppfd at canopy? But in this case the tds of a little bit of runoff would help explain a lot.
What type of potting container are you using?
I burned off most of the fan leaves and found soil runoff at 7.4/1800.
Was feeding 6.6, flushed and using 6.3 input. Will check runoff in a week.
