Is there a way to tell the difference between white widow bud and purple haze

short answer, no way to tell.
long answer, “haze” typically indicates sativa genetics which typically produce longer and thinner leaves when compared to indicas.
so you could do an educated guess but in the end you could still be wrong.
and i’ve had white widows that go purple so you really don’t know here.

Awesome thank you. Another question for u. I don’t see any purple coming thru yet and the plants aren’t far from being ready should I be worried?

Yea rub the stem by a bud and smell your fingers and tell us what it smells like( early terp test)

no don’t be worried. purple will present when temps are low in flower or if genetics just say to be purple. your purple haze plant lacking purple does not indicate anything being wrong.
