whats the deal with drying shake?
should i just leave in bucket in tent with other stuff?
maybe toss it each day to air it out?
i imagine that will dry faster. i guess ill just keep checking on it and jar when appears dry?
i dont have plans for shake stuff,…but my friend wants it, so i said ill save it for her.

so i chopped 2 more last night. @day 63 of 12/12.
here is my data so far:

So the 1st plant i chopped was 3 days ago.
been hanging/drying in tent. today, stems were stiff and made sound when snapped.
so i put in 4 mason jars with Boveda pack.
oh and also removed A LOT of stem, that i left on for hanging purposes. really threw off #'s though.
next time i will try to keep less stem while trimming.
weight as of now = 133g/4.69oz.
i imagine some more moisture will be evaporated while curing. i will weigh again in a week.
other 2 should be dry in couple days.
4th plant…about to get chopped. had 72 hours in dark.
How many plants ? Wow MacG was right , I should of figured out where my increase came from , cause I had one plant yield 4.5 ounces .
ive jarred 1 plant.
2 more still hanging.
1 more still in soil.

Um hmm good , now get you some cheese cloth , wrap with lemon rines or orange rines and your curing buds will adapt that scent of the rines in the buds . But you did an awesome job and nice buds .
so, this journal has ended.
i ended up harvesting 4thplant on day #73 of 12/12. yielded approx. 4oz.
all together i got approx. 3.5 oz. per plant. not counting trim. (that was used to make brownies yumm)
So about 14 oz. total. idk if that good or not based on my setup. i imagine i could have yielded more, but for my 4th official attempt, i am quite pleased with results.
what i do know is…the smoke is superb! the curing process has gone for about 3 weeks for the most of buds i harvested. so i have been sampling it a bit.
buds are nice and dense. some almost rock hard in center!
signature indica/hash flavor is prominent.
it is a little harsh for my liking, but i think that will smooth out a bit more with more curing. but, who doesnt cough a little when doing bonghit?
the buzz…well, thats tough for me to explain. i smoke a LOT! normally about 2oz./month i consume.
so, being buzzed pretty much 24/7 makes it difficult to determine.
so, i held off for several hours one night, slept a good 8 hours, had nice breakfast and headed home to test it out with a semi-clear head lol.
having smoked for the last 28 years everyday. it doesnt take long for me to know if smoke can “hit” or not.
and if im being 100% honest, im a little disappointed. and i know exactly why. harvested too early!!!
i get a good buzz, thats not the problem. i wouldnt call it weak or bad by any means. but it turns out, i have a preference. and the “body high” that 50% milky trichs provides is NOT my preference. but i had some problems near the end and i just decided to go for it and make the best of it. the fact that its free (kind of) and i havea surplus of it makes up for the type of buzz in some way, but i do feel some regret for not waiting more.
my friend melissa loves it,…shes one of those “smoke to get motivated” people. i cant for the life of me understand their train of thought lol.
so, yeah…in the future 50% amber will be my benchmark. the 4th plant got 2.5 more weeks than other 3, so i have yet to test that out, still curing.
i have started several more and will be creating new journal soon.

overall i was pleased with entire grow. but i did make 1 crucial mistake. harvested slightly too early. really would have benefited from another 7-14 days.
wont make that mistake again.
update:
out of the approx 14oz. from this harvest. im down to 2.
no i didnt smoke it all lol. but i tried.
it turns out, everyone loves loves loves it. had people calling back same day to double up after trying it!
i can only imagine my next crop will only be more and better.

You too huh , !@#$ I’m completely out cause of sharing , and believe it or not the one guy grows his own with GH nutrients but he said his smoke is not as potent as mine and offer me almost $500 for an ounce , but I was fair and only took $200 and told him if he considered I’ll grow him a plant for the other $300 . But this time I will not tell him how much I finished with , but I need to restock some nutrients and other things so he made it dam hard to pass the money up . I talk to him the week before Easter and that !@#$er was selling quarters for $180 a pop and charged me 30 bucks for a gram …wow !!!
Ahh the free market lol. I am in the same spot, my last harvest is nearly gone, down to 3 ounces 
Doesn’t help that I smoke multiple blunts per day either of course lol
